1. General Guidelines

• Admission forms must be filled online only through our official website: www.alhilalmission.in.

• Ensure you use a valid email ID and mobile number, as all communications will be sent there.

• One candidate should submit only one application. Multiple submissions may lead to cancellation.

2. Required Documents (Scanned Copies)

Please keep ready the following documents in PDF/JPEG format (size limit: 300 KB per file):

1. Recent passport-size photograph.

2. Signature of applicant.

3. Birth Certificate / Age Proof.

4. Aadhaar Card or any valid ID proof.

5. Marksheet(s) of last qualifying examination.

6. Caste/Income/Disability Certificate (if applicable).

3. Filling the Form

• Enter details carefully and correctly. Once submitted, changes may not be allowed.

• Mandatory fields are marked with a (*) symbol.

• Upload documents clearly, ensuring they are not blurred.

4. Payment of Fees

• After submitting the form, proceed to the online payment gateway for the application fee.

• Keep a copy of the payment receipt/transaction ID for future reference.

• Application will be considered valid only after payment is successful.

5. Selection Procedure

• Admission will be based on merit/entrance test/interview as per institutional rules.

• The provisional merit list will be published on our website.

• Selected candidates must confirm admission by paying the admission fees within the given timeline.

6. Important Notes

• Incomplete forms or false information will lead to rejection.

• All admissions are subject to verification of original documents at the time of joining.

• The institution reserves the right to cancel admission if eligibility criteria are not met.
